Our sales team is growing! In the position of Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for our key accounts and be an important building block in driving our global group forward. You are good with people, communicative, already have some experience in key account management and enjoy a responsible role in a very fast-moving market. If you enjoy making a major contribution to the growth of the company by developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships, independently handling all sales-related processes (product and solution presentations, contract negotiations and drafting, etc.) and providing strategic support to our key accounts, then this is definitely something for you!

We are looking for another team member for our location in DE- 35576 Wetzlar, who would like to actively support us on a full-time basis in our daily business and grow together with us and participate in exciting projects. 

What do we do? Basically, we take care of the smooth logistics of our customers so that they can spend their time on their business and their products instead of worrying about logistics.   • Support and coordination of key account customers together with the management team
  • Independently developing and maintaining strategic relationships with all key decision-makers within the organization and customers
  • Developing new business potential by analyzing the customer structure, development and corporate planning within the personal customer portfolio
  • Actively acquiring new customer projects, transferring customer needs to product management and the organization
  • Further development of key accounts and implementation of measures to strengthen the portfolio in the global market
  • Market observation and analysis


  • Completed studies at a university or college or comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in key account management, account management, customer service, sales management or business development in the freight forwarding/logistics industry
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and reliability 
  • Sound IT knowledge, Salesforce and ERP system knowledge an advantage 
  • Very good presentation and negotiation skills, stress resistance
  • Willingness to travel
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage

For this position we offer an attractive and performance-related gross monthly salary, which is based on professional experience and qualifications.
