Our finance team is growing! In the position of Controller, you will be responsible for all tasks in the areas of monitoring, controlling and business intelligence. If you enjoy juggling numbers, you are a real "data fox" and the collection, evaluation, preparation and analysis of controlling data are exactly your thing, then this is definitely something for you!

We are looking for another member of our great team at our headquarters in Wetzlar who would like to actively support us on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) in the daily controlling business, grow together with us, participate in exciting projects and share responsibility for the expansion of the controlling area.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

  • You deal with our main task and the key questions "What has happened and why, what will happen and how can we actively influence it?".
  • You are the driver for the development, establishment and optimisation of all types of reporting and the associated analyses (monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts).
  • You actively contribute to the automation and digital transformation of financial processes, especially planning processes.
  • You enjoy driving profitability and cost optimisation projects.

WHY WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

  • You have a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or data science or a comparable qualification
  • You already have several years of professional experience in a comparable position and are familiar with working with databases and preparing various reports
  • Ideally, you have already worked in a fast-paced international environment
  • You also have an understanding of business administration and an in-depth understanding of accounting based on your previous professional experience
  • Tableau is part of your toolbox and your passion includes analyses, consistency and reliability
  • You have extensive, secure IT skills and are comfortable working with MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Navision
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German and a good command of English
  • You have strong communication and analytical skills as well as a solution-orientated way of thinking

We offer an attractive and performance-related gross monthly salary for this position, which is based on professional experience and qualifications.
