Our sales team is growing! In the position of Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for our key accounts and play an important role in driving our global group forward.

One of your strengths is your interpersonal skills and you have already gained some experience in key account management? Do you enjoy a responsible task in a very fast-moving market and would you like to contribute to the growth of the company by expanding and maintaining long-term customer relationships? Are you comfortable handling all sales-related processes (product and solution presentations, contract negotiations and drafting, etc.) on your own responsibility? Then this is definitely something for you!

We are looking for another team member for our headquarters in Vienna, who would like to actively support us on a full-time basis (38,5 hours per week) in our daily business, grow together with us and participate in exciting projects.

Quivo offers state-of-the-art logistics solutions for every company, regardless of size, as well as its own logistics tool. In 2022, the companies ANCLA (founded in 2006) with its brand "PackAngels" and LOGSTA (founded in 2017) merged to form the largest D2C fulfilment service provider in Europe, covering the entire spectrum of logistics. WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

  • Support and coordination of key account customers together with the management team
  • Independently developing and maintaining strategic relationships with all key decision-makers within the organization and customers
  • Developing new business potential by analyzing the customer structure, development and corporate planning within the personal customer portfolio
  • Actively acquiring new customer projects, transferring customer needs to product management and the organization
  • Further development of key accounts and implementation of measures to strengthen the portfolio in the global market
  • Market observation and analysis

THAT'S WHY WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

  • Completed studies at a university or college or comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in key account management, account management, customer service, sales management or business development in the freight forwarding/logistics industry
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and reliability 
  • Sound IT knowledge, Salesforce and ERP system knowledge an advantage 
  • Very good presentation and negotiation skills, stress resistance
  • Willingness to travel
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage

For this position we offer an attractive and performance-related gross monthly salary, which is based on professional experience and qualifications.
The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is € 2.422 gross per month on a full-time basis.
