Our customer service team is growing! In the position of Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for all customer service tasks. If you enjoy talking to customers over the phone or by email to assist with all customer communication enquiries and you are solution-orientated, helpful, responsible and flexible, then this is definitely for you!

We are looking for another member for our great team at our location in Wetzlar, who would like to actively support us on a part-time basis (25 hours per week) in the daily customer service business and grow together with us.

Quivo offers state-of-the-art logistics solutions for every company, regardless of size, as well as its own logistics tool. Around 600 employees at eight locations on 50,000 m2 in Austria, Germany, France, the UK and the USA serve over 1,500 customers worldwide.

In 2022, the companies ANCLA (founded in 2006) with its brand "PackAngels" and LOGSTA (founded in 2017) merged to form the largest D2C fulfilment service provider in Europe, covering the entire spectrum of logistics. We offer an attractive and performance-related gross monthly salary for this position, which is based on professional experience and qualifications.
