Frequently Asked Questions About Fulfillment, Warehousing and Shipping at Quivo
Which online shops and systems does Quivo support?
Quivo connects to over 40 shop and ERP systems.
These include Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware, Magento and Adobe Commerce, PrestaShop, Wix, Strato, BigCommerce and Squarespace, marketplaces such as Amazon FBM, Otto, Kaufland, TikTok Shop and Rakuten, as well as systems such as Billbee, PlentyONE, Xentral, weclapp and Snipcart.
How many connections you can run in parallel depends on your subscription: Rising Star includes 1 standard shop connection, Stellar Explorer 3 and Fulfilled Legend 5. Extended connections to ERP systems and marketplaces are included from Stellar Explorer upwards. If your system isn't on the list, we'll look into connecting it via our API. You'll find the complete list under all integrations.
What services does Quivo offer?
Quivo offers two services: fulfillment and transport.
- With fulfillment, we handle your orders from start to finish: goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, shipping and returns.
- With transport, we move your goods as pallet or container shipments, for example from your manufacturer into one of our fulfillment centres or to a destination of your choice. You control both from the same place, the Quivo Connector. Which combination makes sense for your range is something we'll work out in the first call, based on your order profile. For an overview of everything included, see our pages on e-commerce fulfillment and transport by road, air or sea freight.
How does pricing at Quivo work?
The total price for fulfillment at Quivo is made up of three building blocks:
- Software: the monthly subscription for the Quivo Connector, where you run all your processes
- Fulfillment: the service costs for storage, picking and packing, depending on volume and product dimensions
- Shipping: the carrier costs, at our bundled rates
Transport is quoted separately, because it depends on shipment type, origin and destination. The short video on our pricing overview explains how the three blocks work together. You'll get the full breakdown of every line item in our standard price list.
How much does fulfillment at Quivo cost?
There's no flat rate, because order volume, product dimensions, weight and additional services all feed into the price. The costs consist of three parts:
1. Software subscription. We offer three subscriptions plus a custom tier, banded by shipping volume. Pay annually and you get 25% off. On top of that there's a one-time onboarding fee of £85 and a system fee per shipment leaving the warehouse. All prices exclude VAT. The full feature comparison is on our page for software subscriptions.
2. Fulfillment service costs. The picking price reflects the effort involved in retrieving your products and assembling them into an order. Depending on your product dimensions, you might pay £1.90 for the first pick and £0.30 for each additional one. The first pick costs more because the warehouse operative has to walk to the storage location first. An order with three items therefore costs £1.90 + £0.30 + £0.30. On top of that comes the packing price for the box, filling material and optional inserts. Higher shipping volumes and smaller, lighter products bring the price down; larger products and low volumes push it up.
3. Shipping costs. These are the carrier costs for delivering to your customers. You benefit from the rates we negotiate on the bundled shipping volume of all our customers.
We'll send you the complete price list with every line item in detail straight to your inbox: request the price list.
How much does transport at Quivo cost?
To make your logistics completely stress-free, Quivo also handles the transport of your goods (pallet or container shipments) from your manufacturer to one of our warehouse locations or to any destination of your choice.
Since transport costs depend on factors such as shipment type, origin and destination, we can't quote a standard rate. Our transport team will gladly put together a tailored offer that matches your specific requirements.

Are my orders transferred to the Quivo Connector automatically?
Yes. As soon as your shop or ERP system is connected, all orders, product data and stock levels are synced automatically with the Quivo Connector. Your shipments are processed and dispatched without any additional manual steps.
The Connector also gives you an order overview including status, the option to create orders manually (as a batch from Stellar Explorer upwards), the ability to change the address on an order, spot oversold orders, and receive notifications for errors and warnings (user-defined ones from Stellar Explorer upwards). On the Fulfilled Legend subscription your stock is additionally exported to the connected system every 5 minutes. The number of users is unlimited on all subscriptions.
Can I ship glass or easily breakable products with Quivo?
Glass and other fragile goods are always a challenge in shipping. So that your customers unbox an undamaged product, we recommend securing glass items in protective packaging in advance to reduce the risk of breakage. That prevents the bulk of breakage damage before the product even reaches the warehouse.
If pre-packing isn't an option for you, talk to our sales team. We'll advise you based on your specific product, including packaging recommendations and possible solutions. For the product groups where this comes up regularly, we have dedicated pages: perfumes and fragrances and beauty and cosmetics.
Where is my stock stored?
Your products are stored in 6 fulfillment centres that Quivo operates itself, so they're not sublet or outsourced to third parties. Specifically:
- Germany: Wetzlar (Hesse, also our German head office) and Kösching (Bavaria)
- Austria: Enzersdorf an der Fischa, right by Vienna Airport
- France: Taverny near Paris
- United Kingdom: Maidenhead near London
- United States: Greensburg, Pennsylvania
- For entering the GCC market, hubs in Doha and Dubai are added, which we run with our partner GWC. That way your stock can sit close to your customers, which cuts delivery times and shipping costs. You'll find all addresses on our page for our locations, and more on the German network under fulfillment in Germany.
How many warehouse locations can I use?
The number depends on your software subscription:
| Subscription | Warehouse locations |
|---|---|
| Rising Star | one location, multiwarehousing not included |
| Stellar Explorer | up to 2 locations, multiwarehousing included |
| Fulfilled Legend | unlimited locations |
| Customised | tailored to you |
Multiwarehousing means you can spread your stock across several countries. All stock, orders and returns still come together in one dashboard. It starts to make sense as soon as a second market brings meaningful volume: instead of switching provider, you simply add a second stock location. Details on the tiers are under software subscriptions, and the available warehouses under locations.
Does Quivo take care of delivery?
Yes. As your fulfillment partner we handle the entire process, from storage and packing through to handing your parcels over to the carrier. You decide how your products reach your customers: fast, cost-effective or international.
Multi-carrier shipping is standard. How the selection works depends on your subscription: on Rising Star a standard shipping service is assigned, from Stellar Explorer upwards the selection is rule-based, so it happens automatically by destination country, weight and service level. From Fulfilled Legend upwards you can also plug in your own shipping rates, charged at £0.30 per label. For an overview of all connected shipping services, see all integrations.
When should you use Quivo's transport service?
Transport is the right fit when you need to move larger quantities of goods, for example from your manufacturer into your own warehouse, into one of our fulfillment centres or to any other destination.
The service is built for pallet and container transport and makes sure large volumes arrive safely and predictably. It isn't tied to a shipping volume, so it's worth considering for anyone who wants to benefit from our rates. As a customer you can also book pallet transport directly in the Quivo Connector. You'll find more detail on our page for transport services.
Do you handle returns as well?
Yes, we take on the entire returns process. Every return is inspected on arrival, documented and graded by ABC classification, including photo documentation. ABC classification is standard across all software subscriptions. That way you always know what condition your stock comes back in and can release refunds faster.
We shape the process to suit your products: clothing can be pressed on request, electronics are tested, and other items go straight back into available stock after the quality check. How to actively bring your return rate down as well is something we've covered in our article on fulfillment returns.
Which carriers does Quivo offer?
We work with all the major carriers. For the UK market that's primarily Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and UPS, and internationally FedEx, GLS, TNT, GO!, Deutsche Post, Austrian Post, Swiss Post, Colissimo, Mondial Relay and USPS are added. Which service is used depends on destination region, weight and the delivery promise you want to make.
- Through multi-carrier shipping we pick the right option per order, automatically and rule-based from the Stellar Explorer subscription upwards. You'll always find the current list under all integrations.
Who should I contact if I'm interested?
If you'd like to get started with Quivo, simply fill in our contact form and request a quote. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.
- Our sales team will answer your questions and put together a quote that matches your order profile. What helps us get you a fast, reliable quote: monthly order volume, product dimensions and weights, number of SKUs, destination countries and your current shop system. If you'd like to get a picture yourself first, the structure of our costs is on the pricing overview and the full standard price list is available to download.
I want to work at Quivo – how can I apply?
You'll find all open roles on our careers page. You can apply online directly there, whether it's for our fulfillment centres, our UK site in Maidenhead, our head office in Wetzlar or our locations in Austria, France and the United States. You can learn more about us as a company on our about Quivo page and in the overview of our locations.
Can I ship dangerous goods with Quivo?
For certain products this is possible in principle, provided specific quantity thresholds are respected. Batteries and comparable products are examples. Whether your item can be shipped depends on the exact type and quantity of dangerous goods, so there's no blanket answer here.
- For a binding assessment, please contact our sales team.
- For battery-powered items and electronics, you'll find more information on our page for electronics fulfillment.
At what order volume does fulfillment with Quivo pay off?
A good moment has arrived when you've reached around 100 sales a month (depending on the type of product), your product has proven there's demand, and you notice that further growth is only possible with more marketing focus. The thought to pin it on: "I could sell more if I had more time for marketing, product development and sales instead of working through orders." If you keep doing fulfillment yourself, you create an opportunity cost that slows your growth down.
It also works as a partial solution: some of our customers have us handle only their bestsellers and keep shipping slow-moving items themselves. There's no ceiling at the top either, with our subscription tiers reaching beyond 5,000 orders a month. Details on our page for software subscriptions.
Is Quivo organic certified?
Yes, Quivo offers organic-certified warehousing.
That means you can store and ship organic goods with us without putting your own certification at risk. For supplements, food and drinks, our fulfillment also meets the requirements of the EU food hygiene regulation and the other EU rules relevant to supplements. Alongside that, from the Stellar Explorer subscription upwards you can use lot number and expiry date tracking, which in practice is usually a prerequisite for these product groups. We check what applies to your specific product beforehand, together with you. More on our page for fulfillment for supplements, food and drinks.
Does Quivo work sustainably and in an environmentally friendly way?
We do everything we can to work as sustainably as possible. We use paper-based packaging materials exclusively, which are easy to recycle.
We also work with carriers that offer environmentally friendly shipping options, such as DHL GoGreen or Austrian Post, for maximum sustainability.
- You can find out more here about our focus on sustainability.
Is Quivo's fulfillment available for every industry?
Yes. We work with over 1,450 e-commerce companies across very different industries. For product groups with particular requirements we have dedicated processes and pages:
- Beauty and cosmetics
- Fashion
- Supplements, food and drinks
- Jewellery and luxury products
- Electronics
- Perfumes and fragrances
If your products need special handling, whether that's batch tracking, serial numbers or specific packaging, let us know and we'll build the right solution. Alongside B2C we also handle B2B fulfillment for marketplaces, wholesalers and bricks-and-mortar retail.
Received a parcel from Quivo but didn't order anything?
We understand that an unexpected parcel can be confusing. You've probably seen LOGSTA GmbH or Quivo on the shipping label, which is most likely how you ended up on our website.
We at Quivo (formerly LOGSTA) are a fulfillment company that handles logistics for online shops. We store their products, pack orders and ship them through various carriers.
- Most likely you ordered something from an online shop that uses our logistics service.
If you have questions about your parcel, please check your recent orders and contact that online shop directly.
Who is my contact and how do I reach support?
You can reach us any time directly through the Communication Center (CCC) in your Quivo Connector. You raise your case there and the first available support agent gets back to you to resolve it as quickly as possible. The advantage over a standard support inbox: you're not waiting on one specific person, and your case sits directly against the relevant order or shipment with all its data attached.
The Communication Center, support with investigations and Connector help are included in all software subscriptions.
How long does it take to integrate our shop or system with the Quivo Connector?
For common platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware or widely used ERP systems, the connection is very quick: you link your shop directly and sync orders, product data and stock levels straight away. In total we integrate over 40 shop and ERP systems through ready-built connections.
- If your system is more bespoke or more complex, it can take longer, depending on development work and the data preparation needed. From the Stellar Explorer subscription upwards you also get access to our API, documented in the Quivo API documentation. For an overview of everything ready to connect, see all integrations.
Does Quivo stay on top of high season and peak periods?
Yes. Black Friday, Cyber Week and Christmas are planning exercises for us, not surprises. We work in four steps:
- Plan ahead. We calculate peak capacity across our warehouses early rather than reacting late.
- Extend capacity. Storage space, packing stations and processes are sized for the volume we expect.
- Build the team. We hire additional staff and train them before peak, not in the middle of it.
- Sync with you. We go through your volume expectations, campaign dates and inbound deliveries in advance, so enough stock sits in the right warehouse at the right time.
Because we run our own warehouses, capacity and staffing planning sits with us, rather than with a third-party site that has other clients to prioritise in Q4. The earlier you share your peak plan, the more precisely we can prepare. Dates and preparation tips for the season are in our guide to Amazon Prime Days 2026 and peak season.
Can I track the parcels shipped by Quivo?
Yes. Every order shipped through Quivo includes a tracking number, so you and your customers can follow the parcel in real time. You'll find the tracking information directly in the Quivo Connector and in the carrier's own system.
You can also add parcel delivery status as a feature, charged per label (£0.20 on Rising Star and Stellar Explorer, £0.15 on Fulfilled Legend). The dashboards and reports in the Connector also show you how many orders are open, which items are in stock and where each parcel currently is.
Can I add leaflets, flyers or other special packaging material to the shipment?
Yes. Through the fulfillment plans in the Connector you can add flyers, leaflets, product cards or free gifts to orders, so every parcel reflects your brand. Standard plans are included from Stellar Explorer upwards, and custom plans from Fulfilled Legend upwards for an additional fee. The entry-level Rising Star subscription doesn't include the feature.
Also possible: the branding of your documents, meaning your logo on delivery notes and customs paperwork. Which materials and rules suit your range is something we'll settle during onboarding. More on the tiers under software subscriptions.
How fast is delivery with Quivo?
Orders that reach us before the cut-off time of 1pm are handed over to the carrier by Quivo on the same working day. Within the UK, parcels are then usually with the end customer after 1 to 2 working days, or the next day with an express service.
For orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends and on public holidays, handover moves to the next working day. See all warehouse locations. Which combination of warehouse location and shipping service gives your shop the shortest transit times is something we'll work out during onboarding.
Our figures:
- 99.8% same-day fulfillment
- 98% next-day delivery
- 99.6% fulfillment accuracy
How long until we can start shipping?
It usually takes about 2 to 4 weeks for companies to be ready to ship with us. That naturally varies by company type and size, since different product groups and quantities bring different levels of complexity.
Switching providers is a clearly structured process here, in three phases:
- Preparation: we establish where your stock sits, which master data needs to be carried over (SKUs, barcodes, packing rules) and which interfaces need connecting.
- Connection and inbound delivery: we connect your shop system through the Connector, and coordinate the inbound delivery of your goods into the right warehouse in parallel.
- Go live: as soon as your products are stored and available in the Connector, we switch you live.
In practice, the switch can usually be kept to a few days of shipping downtime, often with no pause at all. Our team is directly reachable throughout the process. You'll get an assessment for your own setup during a personal consultation with us.
How reliable is Quivo?
We measure our performance against three figures:
| Fulfillment accuracy | 99.6% |
| Same-day fulfillment | 99.8% |
| Next-day delivery | 98% |
One reason for that is that we operate our fulfillment centres ourselves. Picking, staff and quality standards sit with us, not with a third-party warehouse that has other clients alongside you. So commitments on speed and error rates come from the same operation that has to meet them. Every location runs on the same software, the Quivo Connector.
- What that means when you're comparing providers is broken down in our guide to choosing a fulfillment partner.
Can Quivo handle lot numbers, expiry dates and serial numbers?
Yes, from the Stellar Explorer subscription upwards. It includes handling of lot numbers and expiry dates (LOT) as well as serial number handling. That lets you trace which batch went into which order, which is relevant for supplements, food and cosmetics, and which unit with which serial number went to which address, which makes warranty cases in electronics considerably easier. The entry-level Rising Star subscription doesn't include this feature.
- If your range needs batch tracking, please mention it in the first call, because it affects both your choice of subscription and the storage logic. More under software subscriptions and supplement fulfillment.
Can I have sets, bundles or displays assembled?
Yes, in two forms. The bundle function in the Connector is included from Stellar Explorer upwards: you define which items a bundle consists of, and stock is deducted correctly on sale. The physical assembly of sets and displays in the warehouse is possible from Fulfilled Legend upwards, meaning the actual building of several items into one sales unit. Also available from Fulfilled Legend is the handling of SSCC and FBA labels, which you need for marketplace and retail deliveries. What makes sense for your range is something we'll settle during onboarding.
- The feature comparison is under software subscriptions.
Does Quivo handle customs clearance?
Yes. Customs clearance is included in all software subscriptions, with possible additional charges depending on the shipping service. Within the EU single market it doesn't arise at all: shipments to Italy, the Netherlands, France, the Benelux countries or Eastern Europe move like domestic ones, with no customs clearance and no import tax effort. For third countries we produce the required shipping and export documents.
Whether you work with DDP or DAP, meaning whether import duties land with you or with your customer, depends on your setup and has a direct effect on checkout abandonment. We explain the difference in detail in our article on DDP and DAP under Incoterms.
Can I store goods in several countries at the same time?
Yes, that's possible from the Stellar Explorer subscription upwards through multiwarehousing. As soon as your volume justifies it, we split your stock across several locations, for example:
- Maidenhead (near London) for UK domestic orders.
- Wetzlar (Hesse) for northern Germany, Benelux and Scandinavia.
- Kösching (Bavaria) for southern Germany and western Austria.
- Enzersdorf near Vienna for Austria, Eastern Europe, Switzerland and northern Italy.
Our locations in France and the United States cover their respective markets on top of that. This cuts shipping costs and shortens delivery times considerably. All stock, orders and returns still come together in one dashboard, the Quivo Connector. You'll find an overview of all warehouses under locations.
How do my customers get a return label?
You create return labels (for your customers) to our warehouse directly in the Connector. A small system fee per shipment applies, depending on your software subscription.
From Stellar Explorer upwards you can also create a returns link for your website, so your customers can trigger a return themselves without going through your support.
- How a good returns process affects repeat purchase rates is something you can read in our detailed article on fulfillment returns.
